These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winw88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an Account with winw88, accessing the winw88 platform, or using any service offered by winw88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winw88 platform and close your Account.
2.2 These Terms, together with the winw88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and winw88.
2.3 winw88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the winw88 platform. winw88 is strictly an adult gaming platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above.
3.2 Identity. You must register using your own true and complete identity information. The use of fictitious identities, another person's identity, or a corporate identity is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the winw88 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winw88 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3.4 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal disability, self-exclusion order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into such an agreement, you must not register or use the winw88 platform.
21+ Policy: winw88 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. Any funds in such an Account will be returned to the original deposit source, net of any amounts already withdrawn.
You may register only one Account with winw88. Duplicate registrations — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are prohibited. winw88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and, where abuse is suspected, to forfeit associated balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the life of your Account. winw88 may request updated information at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations.
winw88 is required under its Licence to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You must provide a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, Passport, or equivalent) and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. winw88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify winw88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
winw88 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
All deposits to your winw88 Account must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via an approved payment method listed on the Platform (currently: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank). The minimum deposit is RM 20. winw88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees for which winw88 bears no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder in the name matching the registered Account. winw88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. winw88 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods; actual timing may vary depending on payment provider processing times.
The winw88 Platform operates exclusively in MYR. winw88 does not offer multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services. Deposits originating from non-MYR accounts will be declined.
winw88 is required under its Licence to conduct source-of-funds checks on Players making deposits above specified thresholds. You may be required to demonstrate that funds deposited to winw88 originate from a legitimate source. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending resolution.
6.1 winw88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to individual terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and time limits.
6.2 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
6.3 winw88 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is modified after a Player has begun participating, winw88 will apply the terms in effect at the time the Player opted in.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6.5 Abuse of promotions, including the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other scheme that is not a genuine use of the Platform, constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
7.1 Each game available on the winw88 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.
7.2 All RNG-based games on winw88 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual Player's return.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, winw88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. winw88 will not be liable for any anticipated or perceived winnings lost as a result of a voided round.
7.4 winw88 employs systems to detect irregular gaming patterns, including but not limited to unusual bet sequencing, coordinated play, and exploitation of game errors. Winnings generated through exploitation of known or unknown game errors are not payable and will be forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winw88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winw88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, transmit, or exploit any content from the winw88 Platform without the prior written consent of winw88.
11.1 The winw88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winw88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winw88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical malfunction, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
11.3 winw88's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winw88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 By the Player. You may request closure of your winw88 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure, provided KYC has been completed, will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.2 By winw88. winw88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within a specified period; or any other circumstances that winw88 determines, in its sole discretion, warrant closure.
12.3 Where winw88 closes an Account for reasons of suspected fraud or Prohibited Conduct, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. winw88 will retain a complete record of the Account's activity in accordance with regulatory requirements.
13.1 winw88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Players via the email address on record, in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on the winw88 website with a revised Effective Date.
13.2 Your continued use of the winw88 Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the winw88 Licence is issued, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and winw88, you must first submit a written complaint to winw88 via the support channels described in Section 15. winw88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the relevant licensing authority.
